I started Rocky Transport because I got tired of watching businesses get burned by freight companies that over-promise and under-deliver. No one should have to chase down their own carrier for updates or wonder if their load is going to show up.
When you work with Rocky, you work with me. I personally handle your account, answer your calls, and make sure every load gets where it needs to go. If there's ever an issue, you will hear about it from me, not a customer service line.
